Refund and Return Policy

1. Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Certain types of goods are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Health and personal care items
  • Customized or personalized products (e.g., custom prints, made-to-order designs)
  • Items marked as final sale

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

2. Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, including:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is posted.

5. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at info@divinetrintywear.com

7. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.

8. Shipping Returns

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

For higher-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
